Documenting, measuring and drawing spaces before design decisions
are made;
Designing from the loose Schematic Design phase to the streamlined
Design Development phase and into the detailed Construction Documents phase;
Providing green building product and system advice throughout
the design process, and working with your contractor to make sure that green products are properly applied and installed;
Filing permits for building department approval in New York,
New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and coordinating with local architects in other states across North America to file
with local building departments;
Negotiating contractor bid submissions and assisting our clients
in making informed decisions about the best contractor to hire for their job;
Providing Construction Administration services right through
the entire construction phase, including making sure the project is built correctly and acting as the client's representative
in all dealings with the contractor.
